Write the vision and make it plain!

VISION is defined as the ability of being able to see, to think or plan the future by imagination. We will call imagination, your "FAITH" and your faith is the Wisdom Understanding and Knowledge imparted to all believers by the gift of the Holyghost from the Kingdom of God.

The impact that the ministry of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ imparted to his 12 chosen (disciples) is key to the church's role and assignment. That role shows us all as witnesses of the Lord, how Jesus carefully and strategically developed each chosen disciple from being "Good Followers to Excellent Leaders."

Our Ministry's Vision comes out of Proverbs 29 vs 2 "When the Righteous are in Authority (Leader) the people rejoice: when the wicked bear rule the people mourn."We believe by the Power of the Holyghost and the Gospel of Jesus Christ that we are assigned to help as many as believe to continue to grow in their spiritual walk with the Lord according to the assignment given to every chosen believer.

3rd Epistle Jude vs 2 declares Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. You must first identify that it is from your soul is where your vision starts because from your soul is your passion, emotion, will and primary gifting. Once you identify your gifting it will lead to your assignment.

The Process of Development for your Leadership assignment begins with Preparation and Preparation time is never lost or wasted time because within you there is greatness for Excellency. Let's consider your vision starting with Proverbs 19 vs 21, Many plans are in a man's heart, but the PURPOSE of the LORD will prevail. If you have been chosen and ordained by God to be his Leader, His Ambassador, His Beacon in a Dark Place you must be developed God's way because When the Righteous are in Authority the people rejoice....

My prayer is that you too will continue to allow God to "Develop You As A Good Follower To Become An Excellent Leader." God bless!

Pastor J. Freeman,

Beloved, I wish you well
