Pastor Joyce Y. Freeman makes her declaration known both near and abroad that JESUS CHRIST is the Love of her life. She received Christ as her personal saviour and was filled with the precious gift of the Holyghost at the early age of 17 under the leadership of the late, Elder Conway Green, Christian Community Church of God. Pastor Joyce says that her dad, the late, Pernell Flood Senior was her role model and confidant. He was and will always be the most effective witness that she has ever known. It was through his life that she gave her life to the Lord and yielded herself to GOD’s plan of salvation, purpose and assignment.

After receiving salvation, the spirit expeditiously moved in Pastor Joyce’s life at age 21 when she was led to join the Baltimore Tabernacle of Prayer Ministries For All People in Baltimore, MD, under the leadership of Bishop Nathaniel Edwards and the late, Pastor Benjamin Brown and late Overseer, Apostle Johnny Washington, Jamaica Tabernacle of Prayer for All People, Jamaica, NY.

God Anointed, Called and Elevated Pastor Joyce into the fivefold ministry of Christ to the Office of Evangelist where she was Licensed and served for over 20 years, teaching, preaching and traveling throughout the United States, doing the work of an Evangelist, declaring that JESUS CHRIST is Lord to the Glory of Almighty God.

Because no work or assignment down through the years has been to great or small to do for the Kingdom of GOD, Pastor Joyce Faithfully attended Biblical Leadership Training Classes, served as President over the Children, Youth and Young Adult Ministries, First Apostolic Faith Church Ministries, Baltimore, MD., Taught Sunday School, Ministered on the WJRO & HEAVEN 600 Radio Broadcasts, Mentored Youth, served as Ministry Adjutant to GOD’s great Men & Woman of GOD in the Kingdom and also as Team Leader & Protocol Officer and to Senior Professionals in Corporate America.

Pastor Joyce excepted her Higher Calling of God and was Ordained and Installed in 2006 to the Office of Pastor, under the leadership of the Honorable Chief Apostle, Franklin Cornelius Showell, First Apostolic Faith Church (Baltimore, MD). She along with her husband of 18 years, First Man, Deacon Donald Freeman, Jr., and their son count themselves blessed and chosen by God to fulfill God’s purpose in the earth.

Pastor Joyce currently serves at El’ Shaddai Christian Church Incorporated as Senior Pastor & Founder, supporting the Education of the youth in the community by providing an Annual Back To School LOVE Outreach distributing back packs, school supplies, much PRAYER and a lot of LOVE for a successful school year.

She also Helps Single Women & Young girls (mothers) through the El’ Shaddai “Babies R’ Loved Outreach Ministry,” a non-profit organization created to bless babies ages 0-12 months with FREE care packages that include baby items not limited to diapers, wipes, onesies, bibs, bottles, socks, shoes, blankets etc.

Pastor Joyce’s Professional victory wave was accomplished after 36 years of Federal Services when she very HAPPILY Retired.
